“If you have come here to help me you are wasting your time, but if you have come because
your liberation is bound up with mine, then let us work together.” Lilla Watson
Who am I?
As a Parent and Youth Coach I start where you or your loved ones are to improve connections and help you navigate decisions, transitions, or tricky moments with both grounding and love.
Together we build the mental fitness, body-mind integration, connection and skills you need to meet the moment.
I specialize in work within family systems, including caregivers, youth, and young adults. I am trained to work with all ages.
As a human being, a woman, mother of two children, wife, sister, daughter, friend, and professional, I have navigated some beautiful and bumpy terrain while learning to balance and integrate different aspects of my identity. I love laughter, making art, studying nature and music, dancing for hours, and being alive.
As a Social Worker clinically-trained with the Infant-Parent Program and Alicia Lieberman of the Child-Parent Therapy Group at UCSF, a health-behavior researcher, PK-12th School Counselor, and trusted advisor in the community, I have fallen in love with the coaching model as my methodology to support and contribute to healthy communities. Coaching allows me to marry together my researcher origins, a powerful clinical background and deep delight in working directly with human beings. The coaching modality allows me to meet you where you are, with all that I am.
I find my joy in working with you as you navigate the terrain of your life.
Every engagement begins with a free consultation to get to know one another and to explore how I might be able to help you transform from the inside-out.
